PAYMENT:
For your convienence, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for domestic orders. Foriegn accounts may be required to submit payment in advance via wire transfer. For established accounts with approved credit, our payment terms are net 30 days. Shipments may be withheld, pending reciept of payment, for any account whose established credit limit is exceeded or has a past due balance. COD shipments cannot be made for items not normally stocked by GEECO or to accounts with past due balances. Minimum order (exclusive of shipping costs) is $25.00 for domestic orders and $350.00 for foreign orders.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY:
Orders for items not normally stocked by GEECO are non-cancellable and non-returnable. All sales are final and no returns will normally be allowed except in case of defective material. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Autorization (RMA) issued by GEECO. Return shipments must be prepaid and clearly marked with our RMA number on the outside of package. Defective materrial will be replaced or repaired at our option or our vendor's option. No credit will be issued for defective material.

CREDIT BALANCE:
All credit memos issued by GEECO are "merchandise only" and are not redeemable for cash. Credits may be applied to existing invoices or to future purchases only.

FREIGHT:
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Lake Jackson, Texas. Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made.

PRIVACY:
Any information you give us on this website will be used strictly for the purpose of processing your orders, establishing credit or other requests and for contacting you about your requirements. In no case will we sell or otherwise provide information about you to any third party.
